About these rules

Opening an account means you accept our general terms, our privacy policy and the rules of each promotion as one agreement. When the general terms change, the update is announced at least two weeks before it takes effect, and you may stop using our services before that date.

Who can play

You need to be 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, and online casino play has to be allowed in your country. Players from Australia cannot play with us for real money, and they cannot redeem or withdraw welcome, no deposit or match bonuses.

Your account

• Each person may hold one account. If we find more than one, all winnings are void and we may close every account involved.
• Our staff, partners and their close families cannot play.
• Keep your login details to yourself and never let anyone else use your account.

Checking who you are

Before your first payout, and at random times afterwards, we may ask for a photo ID, proof of address and copies of the cards you deposit with. If something looks suspicious we can check the account at any time, and a check can take up to 7 days. If documents do not arrive within 4 weeks, the payout can be cancelled and the account closed or locked.

Deposits and withdrawals

• Play every deposit through at least once before you withdraw it. Otherwise, after a check, a fee of up to 10% of the amount can apply.
• The minimum withdrawal is $50, and one instant withdrawal can be made per day.
• Ethereum payouts need a winning deposit made in Ethereum.
• Bitcoin deposits must be worth at least $15 and at least 0.0001 BTC, or they cannot be credited.

Bonuses

• One free chip per person, family, household, e-mail address, card or computer.
• When you withdraw, an amount up to the value of the deposit bonus is taken off your balance first.
• A withdrawal from a free bonus needs a qualifying deposit, and for a sign-up bonus it must be made within 7 days.
• Our restricted games are roulette, craps, baccarat, sic bo, the 777 slot, pontoon blackjack and Live Dealer tables.

Fair play

Collusion, syndicate play and any other way of gaining an unfair edge are not allowed. In such cases we may close the account and keep the winnings.

Complaints

Contact our support team first, by live chat at any hour or by e-mail at [email protected]. If we cannot settle it together, you can take the complaint to an independent dispute service free of charge, and we pay for that process.
