Keep it fun

Gambling should stay a pastime, not a way to make money. Set a budget before you play, bet only what you can afford to lose and take a break when it stops being fun. Only players aged 18 or over can join us.

Deposit limits

Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set and combined. Write to us from the e-mail address on your account and name the payment method and the amount. A locked limit cannot go up until its period ends, though it can always go down. Limits cannot be relied on for crypto deposits, so use a break or self-exclusion to control crypto play.

Taking a break

A cool-off period can last 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 1 year or have no end date. A fixed break cannot be shortened, and an open-ended one runs for at least 24 hours.

Self-exclusion

You can exclude yourself for a chosen period or for good. If you tell us you fear a gambling problem, the exclusion is permanent and the account stays closed.

Protecting children

Filtering software such as NetNanny or Cyber Patrol keeps minors away from gambling websites on a shared device.
